Hi Marcus, have been enjoying your videos for some time. very helpful, thanks... i wonder if you would consider doing some videos on helping self representing litigants in person? on how to defend a claim, how to counter claim and how to claim..showing us how to fill out the forms and highlighting the procedure we should follow starting with the letter before action...in the USA there is a course called jurisprudence that teaches the lay man how to operate within the court system, but we have no equivalent in the UK...this is a course i would join and i know many others that would join it too...keep us the good work...

what do you mean with continues employment? are you saying you can work for say hovis then leave to work for say poundland and that counts as continuous employment I dont understand?

No, the aim of the employee is to create the rights in respect of a single employer. If I start working for Hovis I want to work for two years there to be able to have the right to sue that particular company. It wouldn't be fait to Poundland if they were liable for time that I spent at a different company.

Hey Ross, sorry it's just that the videos aren't very well labelled! The videos for discrimination are just titled Equality 1 and Equality 2.

It does but tbh most of that information is available for free. I did podcast episodes on the Uber case and the Pimlico Plumbers one. Have a search for 'gig economy' on my website.
