I just figured the stack count was meant for Ein's "near feather" stack count, since she buffs true dmg too. Does it not work like that?

50 pulls and I got necked. Decided to call it quits and see if I can get luckier with the recruitment tickets from the event shop. Buuuut seems like I just wasted my pulls on a dog water character. I have almost 40k gems rn anyways, so I'll be fine. But still an L considering the tickets didn't even go to a good character.

The 40 seconds is too long. Marciana is one character that I will not abandon: she looks amazing and her healing is amazing. I will roll for Flora a few times, but no way am I going all in.
