When you get your first pet to level 30, Nisza will let you buy a freebie in that plat shop to meld with. Don't worry about which side is which, you get to pick which one to keep after you hit the meld button. I wish I had known how to unlock those bind slots though heh.

Is there a way to turn off pet visibility during game play? Pretty much every game has the ability to turn this off in settings if someone finds it distracting to having pets running around.

it's possible to get the same type of familiar too (I manage to pull the same pet) *sigh*. when you release them from your contract you receive 5 spirit essence (at lvl 1) so then you can use to help upgrade the familiar you would like. that is as far i got from my experience.

@briankellogg4565 you're welcome. I'm slowly learning what to do myself with the familiars. From watching here and there. I recommend keeping some duplicates just in case. But it's up to you. bond pets are useful for traits, so you have to mend and convert first your main pet and then forge pets

I think you need to get the legendary because there is 4 types common, magic, rare and legendary. And I notice that when my rare pet leveled up it change a little in appearance but since its potential is limited being its only rare I can't unlock the final form so I think you need to unlock the legendary type which is random. Now, with the pets being able to run around and pick up gold and gear up to yellow quality, they will be getting gold and scrap material. Really wish they had addressed AFK farming before adding abilities like this to pets

@@natecw4164 so, the gear in this game you scrap at a blacksmith, or if your pet has the ability they can scrap it for you without you heading to town. That gives you scrap material and dust, needed to upgrade gear. Which upgrading gear gives you better stats. Which makes your toon more viable in both PvE and PvP. While also AFK leveling

The pets are farmers stuff not really a positive thing for non farmers and least active players..if u want all 6 gold stars on a pet you need to feed that pet with 6 other lvl 30 pets

Conversion stones (needed when combining to preserve rarity) and aberrant darkling things that give u 1 aberrant lvl 30 pet. Dunno if darkling can be earned but conversion stones can be. Tldr; its more pay to speed up

😅 you didn't explain anything except how to get them. the things to understand concern the union to have gold spells and the conversion, you didn't explain that the stats only increase if you combine them with the same color characteristics, nor did you explain what the red conversion stones are. in the new battle pass there are contracts
