No culinary training, but I sure do love food. 😂 My day job is actually at a company that makes very fancy cookware. I used to be in the marketing department and we worked with a lot of celebrity chefs and hosted cooking classes with them. I definitely picked up some stuff from doing that and going to different festivals and such. Thanks for the sweet comment. 😊

Rob it was great meeting you and Eric several times during my time in Florida. I’m back home now. I forgot to tell you about my Segway tour at Fort Wilderness Campground. Lots of fun going off road and the guide gives you tons of Disney facts over your receiver while you ride.

You just missed the abnormally warm weekend. We went swimming at Blizzard Beach on Saturday and it was PACKED. Now it’s back to sweater weather for a little bit longer. Stinks that it’s chilly for your visit to escape the cold, but it sure is nice to have a break from the heat for those of us who live here in Orlando. 😅 Hope you have a great time at the festival!

We just got back from our trip. All your Genie+ tips helped immensely! Thanks you so much for your clear and thorough explanations! I saw you at Hollywood Studios…wanted to thank you in person, but you were with family and didn’t want to bother you, but thank you for helping me make this trip the best Disney World trip my family has ever had!!! Genie+ glitched a bunch on our Epcot day, but I knew what to do to get us through every experience.

Rob, another great video. Also, thanks for all of your previous tips. We used many, and things worked out just fine. Well, except for being unable to get a virtual queue for Guardians. But I quickly took care of that with a LL purchase. And wow, am I glad we did. That is one amazing ride.

Wow! This comment was like Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride - there was a fun and surprising analogy at every turn. But in the end, it was more like Expedition Everest - it made me excited about the sky high adventures ahead. And much like Everest is my favorite ride at Walt Disney World, this was my favorite comment to read. I even performed it for Erick as a dramatic monologue and he quite enjoyed it, as well. 😆 Thanks for bringing a smile to both of our faces. 😊

We thought a lot of the food was a miss this year, especially with so many missing items from last year. Hopefully they bring some back next year!

We definitely missed some of our favorites like the hot chocolate flight, but we were surprised by how much we liked a lot of the items that remained - several were better than last year when we had them. There were definitely some duds and a few times where I think we just ordered at the wrong time and got a bad batch like with the risotto. Were there any items in particular you were really disappointed with? We actually got the grilled cheeses at POP again last night and the vegetarian one was embarrassingly bad. Burnt black and left under a heat lamp until the bread was hard. But when we had it before as we made the video, it was delicious. 🤷‍♂️

@@EarScouts Dang! As they say…the only thing consistent about food at Disney is how inconsistent it is. 😂 We didn’t like the cold salmon dish actually! I guess taste is all subjective though. Haha

Hello! I really enjoyed the video reviews this year. Just wanted to check if the festival accepts DDP? I booked a trip to Disney in August with the Disney Dining Plan, and I would love to use my snack credits at the Epcot Festival. Thank you for your videos; I really enjoy them.

Most of the items are eligible for the dining plan. When we show the menu boards in the video, just look for that little Disney dining plan icon next to the food items. Hope you have a great trip and thanks for watching! 😃

Man! That was a fast 50 minutes! "It's over already??" We just bought our Trevor Carlton photobooth Mickey/Minnie signed LE print online a few weeks ago. If we had the room (and the money), we'd cover the walls in Disney art. They're all so much fun to look at...and here I sit, can't draw a straight line with a ruler.

This was surprisingly fun! And you seem to feel the same way I do about sugar not being a substitute for flavour, so I find it easier to take your word on other dishes too. (And I liked the sound of that bone marrow sandwich when you showed the menu, well before you reviewed it; with the added bonus that bone marrow is actually very good for you). And that drinking chocolate float does sound totally delish. I can't work out why they do so many frozen drinks in the middle of winter 🤔 I'm a little bummed you didn't try any of the drinks at the French booth - I thought the first Martini sounded interesting. And that saxophonist 😍❤😍 I'd have been tempted to stay to listen to him all day Am wondering though, what time you started and how long this walk around took you? (Also, do these booths have a specific start time?)

We have a ton of them. We usually hand them out to folks we meet in the parks. I’ll try to remember to ask next time I’m at the post office if there is an economical way to mail them. I’m guessing a regular stamp wouldn’t cut it. If you’ll be in the parks anytime soon, we’d be happy to give you one!

Off topic sorry. But I have a question about Genie +. I just want to be clear I understand this. If I Book a ride at 7 AM, park opens at 9 AM and my ride is scheduled for 9:30 AM. then as soon as I swipe into the ride with GP I can immediately book another ride even though two hours after opening hasn’t occurred? Also in this scenario if my first ride is 1115, then two hours after park opening, which would be 11 AM, I can book a second ride, but then at 11:15 when I swipe into my first ride can I then book another (third) ride? 😊
