That 2 yr couldn't aim that gun let alone pull the trigger. The only thing that 2 yr old is guilty of is witnessing his own mother kill his sister.

YES! I do not understand why expert testimony didn't come thru on this and why they didn't film Gavin trying to hold something of similar shape, weight and size! It's ridiculous. Hands are too small and muscle growth not capable. And why didn't they try to interview Gavin for a 2nd time? There are plenty of ways to do this without tramatizing the the poor child.

In one of the videos I saw, the defense said to the cop on the stand, basically he can’t say it’s hard to believe a 2 year old could fire a gun that killed his sister. Sadly, it happens all the time with kids, watch the news. True and unfortunate.. with older kids. Not 2 year olds. Oh ya, don’t forget the part she said about the baby grabbed a stool and must have worn her high heel 👠! :(
