In one of the videos I saw, the defense said to the cop on the stand, basically he can’t say it’s hard to believe a 2 year old could fire a gun that killed his sister. Sadly, it happens all the time with kids, watch the news. True and unfortunate.. with older kids. Not 2 year olds. His partners son who was 4 yrs old at the time, moved a chair into the closet and got his dads loaded service gun down from the top shelf and accidentally shot and killed himself!..it was such a horrific accident in this area. The little boy had gunshot residue on his hands and forearms. Didn't LE test this mom for gunshot residue on her hands or that of her son?..😢
