I don’t know if I need any more humanity and I just want to speed run the rest of the game😊

Hey I love the video, love the Platinum guide through and through but I have a question about uploading your save before fighting Simon. Why do I need to upload my data to the PlayStation cloud before killing Simon? Wouldn't it be better to save or upload your game to the cloud after you kill Simon? Love the video btw.

Thanks for the positive feedback. 🙂 To answer your question: maybe I didn't say it correctly, but you want to upload your save right after the Laxasia fight on your first playthrough. Its solely because of your interaction with Sophia. If you're getting all the humanity you can while playing on the 1st playthrough, then you'll be poised to be able to get the best ending (Rise of P trophy) after you beat the Nameless Puppet. HOWEVER To avoid doing multiple full playthroughs, you'll upload the save after fighting Laxasia, and choose to keep Sophia alive. This locks you out of the best ending, but you can still get the good ending (Free from the puppet string trophy). After getting that ending, you can then backup your save, and then choose the other option with Sophia. This lets you get the best ending now. If you do the backing up at Simon, you can't go back and choose the other option with Sophia, which the option that matters most for getting the best ending or not. Sorry that was a lot. Hope it helped!

On my first playthrough, which I've just done, I lied throughout, listened to all my records, got my grey hair, set Sophie free, used gestures, and still my nose isn't long enough. What have I done wrong. 😢

I've read on forums of people still not being able to get the Golden Lie weapon even though they got most of the humanity points. I can't say for sure where you could have missed any, but I know that some of the dialogue options aren't always lies. And, don't forget to do the pray gesture in front of the angel statue in Chapter 4. In the 4 times that I've platinumed this game, I have managed to get the Golden Lie weapon each time, so I know that there's something that you accidentally missed. It's just hard to pinpoint exactly what that was

Here's what you can do. Finish your 1st playthrough and fight the secret boss at the very end of the game. In NG+, play the game the same way as you did in the 1st playthrough. When you get to Sophia, make sure to choose the other option and keep her alive. When you get to the final decision with Geppetto, make a cloud save here. After making the save, choose both options with Geppetto to get the remaining 2 endings.

Is there a way to get the prayer gesture after beating the archbishop? I talked to her before but didnt talk to her after getting the mark. Now she is gone and the note is nowhere to be found so i cant get the gesture.

I've made the same mistake before actually. and unfortunately, you're locked out of the gesture until the next playthrough. Some of these collectibles have pretty strict conditions

I downloaded lies of p for my ps5 and started playing it and the audio is really muffled and muddy sounding. I also played it on my Xbox and it sounded absolutely fine. I’m using just a cheap pair of skull candy earbuds btw
