COMPLETE LINE FOR WET WIPES PRODUCTION

Complete line to produce and pack wet wipes. This video shows a complete production and packaging line by BONOTTO PACKAGING in Italy. It includes a converting machine capable of individual making stacks of wipes that can be then automatically re-stacked to create higher counts piles. The piles are then sent to a flow wrapping machine equipped with laser cutter to cut the hole on the film in-line and a labeler to apply a resealable label on top of the cut. The line can then be equipped with an automatic hard plastic lid applicator for the package and complemented with group boxing and palletizing, as options.
