New Age of Llylgamyn (Wizardry V) is in my top five rpgs ever. It has english options in the settings, perfectly playable.

With all of the games I had bought back when the PS1 was current, combined with the games that this channel convinced me to buy, it took me until 5:17 to see a game that I don't have sitting on my shelf. In fact, the only games on this list that I don't own are the Digimon, Saga Frontier, and Valkyrie Profile games.

I played the older systems and enjoyed them greatly, but the ps1 was the one that really captured my attention. The demo disc was what started my love for gaming such as Tomb Raider and Final Fantasy 7. From there I just went with my gut and bought games from the same developer or had a really interesting storyline. My biggest regret was not grabbing certain games while they were still being sold at stores. Of course, I was very young and only had so much money. Thankfully, I managed to buy majority of the older games I wanted. Only a handful escaped me but that's okay, I got most and it will keep.

@@theflyingninja1 Battles do take place in a small grid-based field, but the same goes for Koudelka, and since it got in Rhapsody should also be in.

It is and it's a pretty good game too if you take it like some kind of visual novel (battle system isn't very good). It should have been on this list imo.

Koudelka is a srpg using a grid or tile system while in battle. Adding this to your list would open it up to also including a whole other jaundra of games.

Persona 2: Eternal Punishment and Innocent Sin did not come out in North America on Play Station, they came out on PSP 12 years later. The FF4 that showed the video is the GBA version, the one that came out on PS1 is the superfamicom version.

I STRONGLY disagree. In fact, the whole "didn't age well" thing never made any sense to me. I replay a LOT of older games, and the only time I ever had my opinion of a game drastically change is Final Fantasy Tactics (which I realized was good for the story and music, but not for the gameplay).
