Anyone can say whatever they want about Final Fantasy Mystic Quest but the music in that game was freakin solid. Mix that in with the music from Lufia 2 and Final Fantasy 4 and 6. Damn Super Nintendo, you got some great audio in these RPGs. I would recommend checking out the rock covers of songs from those games people have done, especially Mystic Quest. Great List!

Inindo was a Toughy! It's been so many years now but when I beat Inindo it was because of those Smoke Bombs. Without them, there was no way. LoL Ogre Tactics is crazy good with the random item drops. I played for hours just for the rares. Good for yoy on finishing Breath of Fire II. That's a special game. Did you find the, "No-Two Rapier?" That was a neat little rare item drop. Dunno the percentage but it must of took four hours to get it to drop.

Ogre Battle is not turn based. It is a real time strategy rpg. Even in battle when I assume is why you have classified it as turn based, you can intervene and select different option as tactics, play a tarrot cards, etc... Which make it more real time than turn based even in that battle part.

The problem is that these seem to be lists of only games that were released in North America, and it's only the turn-based RPG's that he's doing. Those computers don't really have any. The NES and Master System consoles do, but only the NES has just barely enough of them to justify a video (it's mainly just the 4 Dragon Warrior games and Final Fantasy, but there actually a couple more.)
@ericp631
@ericp631 4 жыл бұрын
@@Lenmaer not that surprising. Japan was a console gaming only country ,for the most part. computer gaming just wasn't big enough with their target demo(really only gaining ground in the country in past 10 years) to get much japanese publisher support. And the models that were popular enough in Japan to get support during that era were the msx, nec, and sharp(which were non existent in the west), while the western micros like the commadore, apple, amstrad, Atari, ect. that you mentioned were non existent in that region

Help I'm looking for a game. I don't remember the name of it I'm almost positive it was for Super Nintendo. You chose from I believe seven different Heroes. You played their storyline and then you chose Another Hero and another hero so on and so forth until you played all of them storyline and then you play a store line with all of them in one party. It was supposed to be 250 hours plus. I remember a robot and a little fur ball with a tail I think it was an alien. And then a guy with a sword I think. And I believe it had the name Saga in it somewhere. It's not 7th Saga or Saga Frontier
