Post ride beer in Bar Manolo... the best bit of the whole ride! Glad to see you out and about, and posting again. Also glad to hear the police are doing their job. Here in my villiage they're not to be seen in the evenings and the trails are packed with groups of kids, housewives and their friends, lads on electric scooters, you name it. It's impossible to maintain social distancing. Oh well.

Haha. Damn straight. The post ride fill up is mandatory! Ye, there is some of that around here as well. In the countryside near the village there are a few families who insist on having huge gatherings. They really couldn't give a f@ck. Let's hope things start to improve soon.

Funny you should say about seeing more people new to cycling out. Here in Scotland my mate who runs a small local bike shop says he's never been busier! He's selling four or five bikes a week, which when you're a trek dealer is saying something! Great to see you out again. Stay safe

@@SenderoSeeker we're good. I had a bit of a knock back with THE illness but I'm all good. I have good days and some down days whilst we are adjusting. I am getting loads of XC done though and my fitness is as good as it's been for some time. Keep safe mate. I always look forward to your videos 👍

Street Pigeon MTB glad to hear you’re on the mend. I think a lot of kids have had it hard especially. Here they weren’t allowed outside until Monday. They were completely isolated from everyone and everything. I know my daughter is still finding it hard. With regards to fitness, I think a lot of people are in the shape of their life. It’s mad what some down time can do. You can see how all those guys in prison get so into their fitness.

Thanks Matthew. Yes, the government is working to objectives and not a timeline as such so it all depends on the evolution of the virus. Hopefully it won't be too much longer. How are things where you are?

Awesome to see your back!,i was starting to wonder what was going on over there. here in Tasmania all the MTB trails are closed(except some private ones or unknown to councils)so its out on the Gravel bike for me,all the forestry is also closed,up until this week we had been unable to go out of the municipality as well
