Hi amit, the tyre pressure recommend by royal Enfield is 32 in front and 32 in rear for single rider and 32 in front and 36 in rear with pillion. But I can see you have filled 30 in front.

1.Yes 2.there is no fixed interval. I apply whenever i feel the shines fading or the paint has minor scratches. A regular wash will be good
