Amazing video thank you so much! Do you have any advice on meta-regression methods when doing a meta-analysis of proportions like this? For eg I’m working on a meta-analysis of treatment for rare melanoma and want to see if heterogeneity in patient cohorts (eg sex, age, metastases locations etc) have influence on response rates to treatments. Thank you for this video! Do you have any advice on how to organzie data when doing the extracting from studies? Do you use excel or something? I want to do a meta analysis on low birth weight and mental health, but there are sooo many different tests for mental health, that I am not sure what the best way to get everything organized before heading into R?
