They said they are doing it for the cattle to drink water. Water is at 42ft but they bored 46ft. He charged only 500 pakistan currency and it was 10k for motor and stuff. Each pipe is 7ft. Im assuming they don't have resources for a machine to do it so they took it upon themselves to manually do it.
