For all those wondering, This is a Chinese company, making replica of Honda CD70 in Pakistan. All assembly is done in Pakistan. People like them because they are cheaper than Real Honda CD70 which is still in manufacturing in here. These are not too good not too bad. Almost every one use these bikes. Maintenance is very cheap and these machines to give High fuel average like 50-60 KM/L.

Two things that make this place great: they're not working directly in the dirt, they have tables, and there are no heavy metals or hazardous chemicals coating their hands and inhaling into their lungs. So, I'd guess these gents have it pretty good compared to the other videos.

The assembly line needs to be raised so the employees are standing straight up while working assembling the cycles. This increases efficiency and keeps a valuable employee physically fit. Look at Honda or Suzuki assembly line.

Như 67, 72. Ngày xưa rất đẹp . Còn mẩu mã này màu mè giống hát cải lương quá . Xe thì thích giống 67. 72 đời trước , nếu sx cho màu gióng thì hây lắm . Còn cho màu như trong líp phim thì bán không chạy đâu.

A bike designed in the golden days but suits the modern era. The current generation of bikes from the biggest brands are getting more expensive to buy and maintain, not to mention how much more costly things like insurance, licences, training and gear are becoming. Road quality is a disaster in many countries. A bike like this would have an easier time.

No it is not the licensed production , Its a clone and there are half a dozen other brands , its a bit low quality clone of Original Honda cd70, the video is from Pakistan and most of the parts are being manufactured within the country and they also import from china. The licensed production is also happening its called Atlas Honda cd70 and that model has better engine quality and expensive too,

If maintained well they can run for 5-6 years(daily drive 40-50km). These copies of Honda CD70 have like lifespan of 5-6 or maximum 10 years or they could go for more if taken good care. However people tend to use them rough, They usually expire after 4 years,. Real Honda CD70 which are made in Pakistan have some better quality than these , they last long. old Honda manufactured in Pakistan where the most reliable as On of my Uncle have still in use for almost 25 years in pristine condition.

What is the purpose of immersing the newly assembled engine and ignition wiring loom into a tank of liquid? No enging assembly lubricants used, no torque wrenches, no grease on the centrestand/rear brake lever pivot. Engines test run without any of the engine internals being lubricated isn't compatible with longevity or reliability...
