Sir, Pondicherry is also an Union territory with state legislature, why for that UTGST but for Delhi it is CGST SGST

Sir, in the 37th minute of the video, the Location of Supplier and Place of Supply are in Pondicherry which attracts CGST and SGST since Pondicherry is a Union Territory having state legislature. But you have written it as UTGST instead of SGST.
