Ek to kisi ki madad karo...fir koi dhokha de de...fir bhi galti madad karne wale ki hogi...ki pahle ye batao ki tumhare pass paise kahan se aaye...but seriously, ye question is case se related tha ki tumhare pass itne paise the bhi ya nahi...? Is case me simple sa ye tha ki paise diye h ya nahi...or agar nahi diye h to cheque kyu diya fir accused ne...or bounce ho gaya to saza bhugto jo bhi banti h...

But one thing I want to ask, thn y did the accused handover the chq and y he signed the chq. Some times a small amount we give to our known person without any proof. On a trust basis..

What the common individual need to understand that Cheque is business transaction instrument to pay legally enforceable debt and not for non commercial instrument. Therefore the first crime is to give any money (non commercial) and then expect the same to return to you
