You can skip Simbrief but you will not be able to do the take off performance calculation. Maybe you can try entering random numbers for take off performance and see if it works for you

I flew it with A Pilot's Life Chapter 2 couple of time but always get penalty with reason "G-force must never exceed 2.5G". Not sure what is wrong?

What is the speed of your plane during the flight and what Cost Index you are using?
