I've been a fan for 37 years. I can still remember the very first time I heard "Where The Streets Have No Name." I've been lucky enough to see them in concert several times, take my young children to listen live to the "old man music," and hopefully I get the opportunity to see their Vegas show before it ends, or I or one of these old mf'ers kicks the bucket... ;)

I love how it feels so intimate. As if we were in a small jam session. Lady Gaga clearly came to hang out and it doesnt feel like she was prepared at all and was feeling it out at first. I feel like she was invited to jam with them and I feel so blessed to see this as if it was something private. The moment Bono sang Shallow, he was clearly challenging her and she took the challenge. This was like what happened in the movie but we are witnessing it in real time. They were having fun, very dynamic, changing lyrics and rhythm and she was backing vocals and adlibbing and ugh i cant even describe it but she shines when she is like this.

🙃 I think the opposite. I really don’t think Gaga can sing ‘everything’, as proved by this performance. The 3 songs they did together were NOT really that well done by her, and yet I thought Bono was 👍 and much better - when his voice wasn’t drowned out by hers! But that’s just my opinion.

U2 was my first major concert - Joshua Tree Tour 1987! It was amazing! I would love to see them at the sphere. I was supposed to see them for the 30th anniversary of the Joshua Tree Tour in 2017 - had tickets and everything. Then I got cancer and had to use the insurance I bought on them and cancel my tickets to do chemo 😢! That was a bucket list item I will never attain (since it was an anniversary tour of my first big concert). Ugh! Cancer free, thank God, but man! That was gut wrenching to miss seeing them again. And I love Gaga 💕!

I love how spontaneous and unrehearsed this sounds. As if they spent five minutes in the green room about 10 minutes before the show. Bono says "hey, let's go from All I Want is You to Shallow". Gaga says, "cool". Edge picks up a guitar and says "I'll go from this to this", plays a two chord progression and puts the guitar down.. Adam and the drummer aren't even paying attention, because they don't need to.
