OKAY! I did the tongue stretch with a clean freshly washed washcloth! AND I FINALLY STRETCHED MY TONGUE PROPERLY !!!! It felt amazing- before it kind of hurt and it didn't stretch where you said it was supposed to- it stretched under the tongue so whew! try a clean washcloth if the paper towel isn't working.

Also, I figured out how to do it with a paper towel- you have to grip your tongue as if it's a fillet of fish and get both of the sides that want to come up and stretch from there. Instead of just gripping your tongue where ever and pulling!
