Thanks to a certain somebody, (you know who you are) this project has come to life. I just hope it doesn't flop over and die. Also sorry if I don't respond right away. I am terrible at navigating through my trillions of tabs XD. Or I'm sleeping. Or I'm dead.
NOW HERE ARE THE RULES. READ THEM CAREFULLY.
This is a bit different from usual map setups so lemme explain:
The MAP is divided into 4 sections and each section will have Team Blue animator(s) and Team Red animator(s). I have set up a Discord and each section will have a their own storyboard, wips and finished channel.
More details will be provided in the Server.
RULES:
1) This is not a first-come-first-serve map. I will be looking for references on your channel or other provided sources.
2) Put effort into your part(s) please. I will accept tweening and animatics but I would prefer animation.
3) One watermark is the max... To join, the password is WayV ... It just looks more sophisticated without and watermarks.
4) Team Red participants may only use USSR and his crew. Team Blue participants may only use USA and crew. Both may use any neutral countries. Please coordinate with one another in your storyboard channels. (Edit: If you want to bend this rule a bit, I’m fine. As long as you and your partner(s) are cool with it too.)
5) Follow the palettes given in palette. I will allow minor changes but stick to it as much as you can.
6) You may ask for 2 parts max (might change)

All parts are due on the AUGUST 15. I am aiming to release this on August 20th. A 1 or 2 week extension can be granted if you have a reasonable wip submitted.
