Looks great and cool to see where you have gotten it too. I would get some black caulk outdoor from depot and just put some around the rubber molding corners where you dinged them on new front bumper so it wont get worse and should stay as is. It looks like they used rubber edge guard on it to not have it scrap the paint I think?

You could try out the rough country fender flares and trim them up to match all the cuts you make to clean up the truck a lot and won’t have the cheap cut metal exposed

I've been watching your channel for a while now and the evolution of your Frontier. Looking good. Having an SV myself, I know how your truck originally looked when you drove it off the lot. You ever considered making a roady out West and do some mountain off-roading? Colorado, I guess, would be closest.

Well man after watching your build the last few weeks it inspired me to go ahead and order a titan swap kit. I went with radflo 2.0s from z1 and got z1 uca's but the lead time is insane like 12 to 14 weeks. Possibly z1 said it could be a lot shorter but it is what it is. I think im gonna call them tomorrow and see if they can ship everything else besides the radflos obviously and if they can sell me a spacer for my Bilstein 5100s and go ahead and get the swap done and then when the radflos come in ill just take the 5100s out and theow those in. I did a axle swap on mine with a m226 from a 2008 nismo my locker works great it turns on and off with no problem. But anyway i love the progress you have made its turning into a beautiful build!!
@4wdAdventurz2 ай бұрын
Man that sucks about the radflo's. I know they’re popular but didn’t know they were that popular. 😳 I ordered my Dobinsons from them and received them within three or four days.. Every message I’ve had so far regarding the lockers has been about how good the E-lockers are over the air lockers. 🤔🤔. maybe I was wrong...
@thedude828-ed2nn2 ай бұрын
@@4wdAdventurz nah not necessarily I just like the simplicity of a e locker but when I get my m205 I think I'm gonna do a arb I already have a compressor hooked up for airing down and up on the trails so that's what I'm gonna go with in the front. But yea the radflo lead time really is a downer but maybe I can get a spacer for the 5100s if z1 will be down to ship that and the rest of the kit so I can get the swap rolling. But the e locker on our trucks works good because we don't have them connected to the ECU so 2wd and 4hi and lo it can be used.

Hey man! Did you have to make any cuts for the bumper to fit properly? Out of all the bumpers I have checked out the CAtuned bumper takes the cake! RED is looking great!!
@4wdAdventurz2 ай бұрын
There is a small lip you have to cut, maybe 1/4”, but that was it. It was a pretty simple install.
@xSimplyx2332 ай бұрын
There are so many companies that make bumpers. I wish there was a head to head comparison video somewhere. What made you go with this bumper over the z1 or the cbi?
@4wdAdventurz2 ай бұрын
It's funny, this whole bumper thing started cause I wanted a way to mount those lights lol. The CAtuned bumper was one of the few on the market that I could do that.
@xSimplyx2332 ай бұрын
@4wdAdventurz I know the CBI bumper has that bull bar you can install. I'm sure those lights could be rigged up to it, but the bull barrel is just bolted on, so how strong is it really. Your truck looks great, definitely gives me ideas for the future.

what spacers do you have? i was looking at some 1.5"s on ADO... looking for a spacer to provide a great stance look but also want to lean towards most reliable for off-roading.... I'm near inverness as well!
@4wdAdventurz2 ай бұрын
I actually don’t have any spaces at the moment. I would trust anything ADO sells. Or Z1... if you are near Inverness and want to come out for a ride. Look up Florida off-road Facebook group. You will find a event page with the details!

After you to the titan swap. Can i install kings shocks or do i have to buy a spacer to place over the kings shocks as well since the titan swap lowers the truck?
@4wdAdventurz2 ай бұрын
You can buy a King shocks and install them anytime. Just have to make sure they are the right length. anything more than 18 inch fully extended for my understanding the CV axle in a compromised position. with my current set up, the shock is 17 inch fully extended with one spacer
@Lobo16042 ай бұрын
@@4wdAdventurz with your set up how many more inches of lift do you have up front compared to stock?
@4wdAdventurz2 ай бұрын
@@Lobo1604 good question. I would imagine it’s roughly 5-6". I’d have to measure a stock one to tell you. But that’s probably a good guess... when I had the 6 inch rough country drop bracket it would measure 12 inches from the drop bracket, which was the lowest point on the truck, to the ground. without the drop bracket, I measure 16 inches from the lowest point on the truck to the ground.b

@@4wdAdventurzdon't do a body lift if you do only do a 1 inch and now you have that bumper I think a body lift is out of the question.
@Meanderthal-Adventures2 ай бұрын
@@4wdAdventurz Doesn't anyone make a relocation bracket for the rear? For the front and rear bumpers I'm ordering for my Pathy, they ask if a body lift is on it. I thought that on the Z1 (I know, not the one you have) the front bumper brackets have two set of holes, one for stock, the other for a 2" body... Is yours the same way? And I'm sure other's have mentioned it... Don't forget about a fairlead for the winch. AND.... LOL I'll keep putting the bug in your ear...😁😁 Save up for a Titan rear with a locker and swap over to Titan front spindles, use the 2008+ big brake and you can still run Method or ICON 17" wheels (and others). You'll have a 6X5.5 bolt pattern and a bigger selection of wheels to choose from and you won't have to run a spacer in the rear.
