As a kid that was put into private school, piano lessons, academic pressure, into corporate business early... This hits home way too hard. The metaphor of realizing a taste of wealth, then failing or hitting a wall, then thinking about what's important and making that fork-in-the-road equate to a trigger. Do you continue or deviate. Absolute art. Absolute brilliance.

Just saw some behind the scenes clips on Knox Hills reaction, and I think they used a Arri Trinity steadycam/gimbal (or something similar to that). It's a game changer and can produce some really nice choreographed steadycam shots like seen in this video. The magic is, that the head on the steadycam itself is a motorized gimbal and can be controlled by an assistant camera operator standing at a monitor, who then takes care of fine tuning framing or does those nice 360° turns. The Trinity has been used a lot in the movie "1917", which is famous for the long continous takes.

I don't think this had anything to do with Jenny and Screech? This was the story of how a rich man with political and corrupt power got to where he was. How all of us are caught up in the same cycle of striving for wealth, striving to be better than our peers instead of working to build community and connection with each other and all that resides on this planet and the planet itself. We live in self made isolation as we continue to always want more. We turn to drugs and alchohol instead of each other. We destroy rather than build and we lose ourselves in the process of that destruction.
@ianbirchnall5672 Жыл бұрын
Add to that, Screech died at the age of 14 and shot by a policeman, this Jimmy is 45 when he appears to take his own life. So I think the name is coincidence
