For anyone who has a first gen , by pass the high current that goes through the ignition switch on the steering column through a 50 amp relay . Just use the ignition switch to activate the relay .

Did you run completely new wires or pretty much just clean up the wiring and reloom it?

I ohms tested every wire in the harness any wire that has a little bit of resistance or had a break in it I replaced, basically just refreshing the factory harness

Hey please send wiring diagrams if your still willing I completely ripped out my engine bay wiring in my 93 it was a total rats nest I’m going to have to re wire the entire thing from scratch any reaseach you have already done that will save me time would be a huge help. Thanks!

Hey man, if you’re not getting tach signal, make sure you’re charging! They reference rpm to charge

That’s a very good point I’m gonna double check that because the truck was not charging !

Stack Like Zach should come from the cps, crankshaft position sensor to the ecm to the alt and back to batt

And the tach pulls signal from the pcm if I’m correct
