Your building process is fascinating to watch. It's too bad videos 6 to 9 are gone. I would have loved to watch how you put together the shaft mount for the wheels. Thanks for publishing all these videos, it'll be really helpful for our own project in the future.

Your solutions and ability to adapt and work easily with limited tools is remarkable. You have the skills of most Combat Engineers.

just started viewing your video and very happy seeing you with adequate PPE, safety glasses, respirator,, and hearing protection, for the work you are performing. You are sending a very good visual message to all DIY YouTebers out there!!! There is a whole lot of crap in that metal you are drilling , cutting, and grinding. Don"t want to be breathing that trash!!!! Most people don"t realize this. Stay healthy ,long, doing what you enjoy!! Thanks for the safety lesson to all of us!!!

With the Lock Dogs, I was thinking that you could copy the locking mechanism of a Vice Grip with a single lever & screw or wingnut for varying sizes of wood. So far it's an excellent build, keep up the interesting work, you're giving me lots of ideas.

I wish I could let you use my metal bandsaw. It make cutting so much cleaner. You are a good craftsman, you deserve good tools! You are doing awesome with that grinder though. Not sure I would want the wenches in the middle like that though. Seems like it will be difficult to work when you have a big log on there.

@ 12:05 Not bad? I think it’s PRET-TY GOOD. You have some great ideas that you are implementing into your bandsaw mill. Awesome work.

Very impressed by your cutting work with the angle grinder! Incredible, how do you do that?! :) Did you go through a lot of discs for this project? Loved your unexpected funny shot with the glasses and the shot where you don't show the welding. Like in the taxi driver phone booth scene :). Your english was off though: nice or thumbs up actually translates as "pretty good" ;) ;) ;) Can't wait to see it in action.

You don't have any diagonal reinforcing?
@DonnDIY6 жыл бұрын
The winch brackets are placed diagonally and act as reinforcing. Plus the square tube is quite big in size which makes the trailer pretty stable.

Swingblade or bandsaw for cutting the logs ?
@DonnDIY6 жыл бұрын
Band saw. I've finally decided. :D
@AFHProjects6 жыл бұрын
Ooo... I'm excided! :P But after all, you can always build another type of cutting trolley if you want.
@hisab-n8c6 жыл бұрын
Swing blade is more universal on the negative side it produce more wast saw dust, bandsaw is faster but you have to turn the log if you want clean edges
