One doubt if we write 992 as 2^10-2^5 And the take similar power separate then z^10-2^10=z^5-2^5 We can say that the common z for which the equality lies with their negative part as zero is answer But when the plot roots of z10-2^10 And z5-2^5 then only two negative roots came then What is the problem in this approach??
@SakataYaksha2 жыл бұрын
Here also, you get (z^5-2^5)(z^5+2^5) = z^5-2^5. Now you have either z^5 - 2^5 = zero, so you get z^5 = 2^5. Or you have z^5 - 2^5 =/= 0 Therefore, z^5+2^5 = 1. Which again is correct.

Can I use quadratic formula to get the answer
@oZqdiac2 жыл бұрын
No? This is not a quadratic equation mate, therefore the formula cannot be used. A quadratic is a second degree polynomial, meaning that the highest power anything is raised to is 2. The highest power in this equation is 10, meaning it is not quadratic.
@ilovescience76552 жыл бұрын
@@oZqdiac Actually no, Suppose if we let z^5 = t, then it gets converted to a quadratic by solving it we t=z^5=32,-31.
