It will be an Information Society, Network Society doesn't highlight the importance of information and Network Society feels more directed towards the method of communications. Yes we are interconnected and I will argue that the internet, which is currently the closest we have to a network society, has a culture and could be considered a society BUT I don't think hyper communications should be singled out as the most important aspect of a society. I think it will become normal and it will be expected that we have hyper communications. Information Society highlights information as it's core. This will mean Schools will be organized in a way that is backed up with the appropriate information. Professionals in Child Psychology should have more input of how a school is organized than a Professional in Computer Technology, although all may have access to the same information ( like that of a Knowledge Society). A Plumber should have more say of an Information Society's sewage system than a Child Psychologist.

@raspberry pi: Networks are always used to model the exchange and complexity of information; however, your assertion complements the examination of this theory.

The Network or Information Society, according to this interpretation, can only intensify the phenomenon of 'social distortion'. Historical relevancy can be inserted within the framework of any governing system that can necessity the major impetus to various kinds of phobia. Privacy issues will continue as human consciousness is threatened in terms pertaining to singularity as civilizations approach the rise of communistic ideologies for better or worse. Therefore, financial privilege becomes noticeably skewed. The resolve or coping mechanisms required by hypersensitive life forms engaged in daily microeconomic or macroeconomic transactions will begin a change from non-incentive based studies to a meritocracy that has earning potential in much of the ways in which decentralized currencies offer a methodology to exemplify the tenets of social proof.
