@@kitty15012 thanks I didn't understand what it meant. I called a place where they do DOT drug tests and they said I can sign up at their office and they will be my "consortium" I will pay $95 a yr to be a member with them.

@@marktrucker9010 yes and you will be randomly selected in their pool quarterly to do drug tests.I was selected 3 times in a row.When you get selected you make the appointment to test through at a Quest or who they go through and then are billed for the drug test.

Do I have to enroll in a drug program even if I'm just driving a box truck 🚚 non cdl? Some people say yes because the fmcsa asks for all cdl drivers over 26,000lbs vehicles have to enroll but others say it doesn't apply to me because yes my box truck weight is 2,600lbs alone but I'm a none cdl driver/owner operator. -California Can someone please help
