love this pattern, made two for my gf and she loves them !! for anyone confused who ended up with a lop-sided head crest- when doing the chain to create the neck hole, you should actually skip THIRTEEN stitches rather than twelve, otherwise the number of stitches in each row stops lining up properly

I think its fascinating how you create your pattern with leaving gaps to crochet in later, instead of making several parts (head and body etc). Well, I know you make those patterns as well, but I think these no sew-patterns are so cool! :) Thanks for sharing all your knowledge and pattern with us!

So stinking cute! I love the mobile idea which would be a perfect gift for a baby or just a great way to store them if we're keeping them ourselves.

FYI, if you're left-handed you need to reverse the wing (i.e. start the left wing on the shoulder and the right wing on the foot). Got halfway through the second wing before realizing and I had paid extra attention thanks to the warning at the beginning of the left wing section, but it does make a difference if you're going the opposite direction. Would be helpful to include these tips.

They are adorable and they are no sew! It's a perfect pattern!

You say that now, but just wait til you try that rib stitch on the wings...I still made 3 though so it can't have been that bad 😅😅

Hey, first off I love your patterns and already made several of them, no problem🥰 I have a quick question with this one, at the end of row 14 you have 37 sc total, but wenn I add up the stitches of row 15 (3sc, ch 18 + skip 12, 11sc, inc3, 9sc) it's only 36? Did I make a mistake? Greetings from Germany

You didn't make a mistake, just figured this out myself. She didn't write out the sc that you make after skipping 12 stitches. So it should either note that sc separately or say 12sc, inc3, 9sc.
@TanjaStelling-gs2bh Жыл бұрын
@GIZMO SPAZZ But then the next row doesn't work anymore, since it sais 23sc after the 18sc in the chain and 11+3(from increase)+9=23. I suspect we should be skipping 13 insead of 12 in round 15. @ComplicatedKnots or are we missing something? The pdf pattern on etsy has the same instructions, but I just can't make it work with the mentioned sc-counts.

I also skip 13, seems to me like the only solution

Hola!!

what does this mean please :- 2[inc, 8sc], 7 sc (27) . I just seen you show R15, tried the start again, epic fail. I'll keep watching from R15 and the pattern might be better understood
@ComplicatedKnots3 жыл бұрын
Hi! That row means: inc, 8sc, inc, 8sc, 6sc, for 27 stitches in total :)

Not currently! I'll pop it on my list of requests, but if you need one you should check out Skein Spider - she's another Aussie pattern/design channel, and she has one that looks pretty cool 🙂

I enjoyed making the body but that rib stitch... yikes! almost as bad as a reverse single crochet for me. But my grandnephew will like it all the same. Thanks for sharing your talent!
