Hello Dr, I had CSF Rhinorrhea surgery in 2015 operation done. But now Nov i had infected in sinus room, i had madicine one now am ok. I have a headache and giddiness before now slightly there, shall i use nasal wash now, is that any difficult for that surgery. Now that leak is totally attested thatys y am asking to u doctor. Give me a gud solution Dr. I had seen ur nasal wash vedio.

Sir, I watched your video, amazing explanation. My husband underwent this surgery on 1st Oct22. He is using nasal spray, tablets. He also has bp as 107/110. The problem is he is having giddiness. This giddiness is only when he lays down on bed or turns the other side. Kindly advice as we are worried
