This shit is so well done, and it makes me laugh and gives me chills every damn time Iisten to it. Such a complex composition with so much silliness and heart. Well done, y'all. Thanks for this gem.

I love that after the solo it pretends to be a cheap set it off clone at the bridge and then shoots it dead and flies straight into the chorus, I think this might be my new favorite track ever

i usually dont bother watching these if i dont recognize the artist, but the crazy song title intrigued me. im so glad i made an exception, this song slaps!
@CriticalReactions2 жыл бұрын
Yes! I usually make the titles so that people can get drawn in based on the strengths of the band. That way people can quickly parse if they think a band would be for them. It's not great for clicks, and I do implore people to give unfamiliar music a chance, but I'm not about wasting people's time. Glad you enjoyed this one!

Crazy thing was they released this on Christmas in 2020. They made Christmas and Cannibal Fight Club synonymous in my heart forever.
@bareakon5 ай бұрын
"We don't have cannibalism" Not literally. Not yet. Also The fact that the *gunshot* "Boo hoo, meat's back on the menu!!" comes during the words "we'll unify" should not be understated.

Bear ghost is great. Both Blasterpiece and their first ep are solid. Their song Starkiller is even about Anakin falling to the dark side. If Sirens, Haunt and Banky Blaine are any indication of what they've been working on then the next album should be a slammer
@Mortal20642 жыл бұрын
There's no way that's what Starkiller is about
@KayTheMoth2 жыл бұрын
@@Mortal2064 yeah, definitely not. I think the name is just a nod to the character in legends called Starkiller if anything. But yk, we could be wrong lol

Star killer being star wars themed makes more sense than my thought of it being a vampire with amazing rizz, but I prefer my idea
@griffineggs3374 Жыл бұрын
@@KayTheMoth i may be very late with this but there is a line in starkiller that specifically refers to anakin in the way padme does, caliing him ani, ("Hey, Ani, wont you mosey on down from the light")

You really nailed the real meaning of the song! The singer often says in their lives shows that this song is actually about capitalism and the disparity between social classes

Great fun. I think I liked the last Bear Ghost track a bit better, but this was still hella great. Sounds like Diablo Swing Orchestra mixed with a bit of Primus and (again) Danny Elfman. As I said with the last track I don't feel I have much critical insight to add, but, man these guys are enjoyable. Might just have to check out their discography soon...
