I use milar strip...metallic bands...Teflon...is important to prevent adhesion between the teeths.

Do teeth need to breathe? What are the risks for sealing them up? Can you make no prep full restoration crowns or composite crowns to open/raise the vertical dimension to give adequate structural support and correct the orthopedic jaw position of centric relation? Or is bonding only meant for veneers? If bonding is possible, what diagnostics are done to determine correct bite position? I have a complicated situation, collapsed narrow bite, major abfractions due to bruxism, this has caused cavities, a tooth has died, needs to be pulled, don't want an implant, TMJ with locking, chronic neck/shoulder pain, premature aging, and need a raised vdr that allows the jaws to rest, supports facial muscles.. I would never get my natural teeth ground down for traditional full mouth restoration crowning and the cost....Thank you

amethyst22 teeth do not need to breathe, they need an intact pulp to remain vital, the risks of “sealing them up” is if the patient has bad oral hygiene cavities may occur under the restorations if the sealing isn’t sufficient.

I believe you may be able to do this composite build up treatment to your teeth to fix most of your problems, if your teeth are already short and small there is no need for grinding of the teeth. Composite build up is also very cheap in comparison to the others you mentioned

Jay.,you can use only enamel but the final color is not very white...if you want high value use a white dentin first and over this a white enamel...fo dentin use any good brand....for enamel I prefer micerium, empress or herculite.

Because you are putting plastic over your teeth that can leach over time. This is bad for your health and the health of your teeth, this is toxic. You could create problems you didn't have before infections, abscesses, bad bite, root canals, extractions, pain, health problems with your body. if you don't like them they aren't really reversible like they say they are, your teeth will be altered forever and you will lose tooth structure when they do change them or remove them so you will lose natural tooth structure at some point. Please don't touch your teeth just take care of them. There is remineralizing paste and other more conservative things you could do.

Your teeth will never be the same. They will take enamel when they take them off and redo them, they will take enamel if you don't like them and have them removed. You won't be veneerless ever again and every time they take more enamel . They are not reversible. In other words I would not mold plastic around your living teeth it isn't healthy.
