@@AlexaP-n8x It's 3 months later, and maybe you know already, but for others: Anki is a free "Spaced Repetition System" program that you put (or download) new words into, and it'll remind you of the word at exactly the right time for your brain to not forget about it. Works great, but don't overdo it or it's really tedious and discouraging (doing hours of review on it is not fun IMO)

@MrWackydoodles I am, I started the Core 2k/6k deck a few weeks ago. I could get the gist of what he was saying based on the words I learned, but I didn't know a lot of the words. Also, besides anki and immersion, any other learning tools you'd recommend?

I am proud of myself bcs,I've made progress since last year which is when I started in june😊 you are my 3rd favorite channel now bcs you don't rush into words, you speak clearly and understand what beginners level really is. Thank you SO MUCH. I am still in such an early stage of learning that most "comprehensible input" still goes over my head and I was getting discouraged until I found this. It's perfect. I can understand enough to follow, and can look up what I don't know. Someday I hope to understand regular conversation but this video was the best start. :)
