Hello sir.. Sir i hv a query.. Sir Tribunal will pass order for Trnsfr of EEs of T'er co to T'ee co. Such order is not mandatory, means it's EEs wish to accept it or reject it.. My doubt is..Suppose if EEs reject it and they are not willing to continue with New Co. Can they claim compensation for premature termination from T'ee co. ? And sir tysm for these revision lecs..They are really very very helpful.. 😍❤️😍❤️😍
