For those who are preparing for spom: What type of question you will get in your exam is your luck, but what in your hand is your sincerity and hard work. I got 70 in my law but i feel my paper was extremely tricky, no direct questions and all case based question was twisted. You may consider the below points: 1. Try to avoid fast-forwarding these revision. These are heaven (exam m yaad aaega k ye to sir n bataya tha). 2. Watch these video with notes on side, simultaneously mark the points and learn these just after the video along with MCQ practice. 3. The syllabus will cover in 4 days(11-12 hrs daily with selective study of fema) and 2 days revision is mandatory to link up all concepts and to prevent from mixing the provisions of acts with each other. 4. Do not skip any chapter thinking its not imported, all type of questions are their in your server, you don't know what you will get. ( even i don't get lord or appointment in my case, but many other do get this) Thank you sir, you save our time and money by these lectures.

In the Jio example, if it will be 1/3 and not 1/2, that means in the example he gave , the chairperson will be deemed to be NED and that is why it is 1/3?

Sir jo apne example bataya ki if RIL is a promotor of JIO then if RIL ka independent director is appointed as chairperson in JIO then apne kaha ki half of the BOD shall be Independent director( This is in case where the chair person is related to promotor) but it says when the promoter is a listed company the chairperson shall not be considered as related to promotor. Which means 1/3rd Independent director hona chahiye. Apne bolte time pe half bola sir but ap likhe 1/3rd. And I feel 1/3rd hona chahiye. Reference- 58:10 of the video. Ek Baar clear kardijiye na sir Plss. And Thankyou so much for the revision videos sir they are really helpful!

Sir...in sebi lodr, i think unlisted material subsy is 20% only for reg 24(1), and for reg 24(5) and (6) unlisted material subsy is 10% as per general definition of unlisted material subsy, given in reg 16(c) Correct me , if i am wrong
