Robert Ladd recounted the violent gang conflicts he investigated during his career. In 1995, a feud erupted between two South Side narcotics factions. The tensions escalated into multiple shootings. During one confrontation on Glencoe St., Michael Dorrough shot and killed a member of the rival gang, resulting in his arrest. Another suspect, Orlando Anderson, was present at the scene but evaded charges due to insufficient evidence. This incident was followed by another episode of violence in which Orlando Anderson and DeAndre Smith encountered Albert E.B. Webb, a member of a rival gang. As an argument escalated, Orlando assaulted Webb with a gun, and DeAndre subsequently shot him dead.

What's eerie is that Pac warned BIG about having his card pulled by a 'true to life gang banger' cause he was throwing up gang signs in pictures, and that's ultimately what happened to Pac. He still had a lot of maturing up to do, but Pac didn't seem too keen on living a long life, he was meant to leave the world Sept '96. RIP Legend!
