--------
Robert Ladd, an investigator in the murder case of rapper Tupac Shakur, criticized former LA Police Department Detective Greg Kading for his handling of the case. Ladd criticized Kading's agreement with Keefe D. This agreement known as a "proffer agreement" became a point of contention for Ladd, notably the fact that no one alerted Las Vegas, where the murder had taken place. Ladd says that Kading's team spent months exploring an angle to Tupac's murder without once notifying Las Vegas officials. Ladd expresses extreme concern and disapproval of this lack of "professional courtesy."

Then all the channels started paying him to tell the story so that they could get clicks and views. If you need further proof of this, just look up Keefe D’s book. You see that he had a ghostwriter. They talked about the gun on national TV. They interviewed Corey on the "Who killed Tupac documentary" that dropped years ago.. Shout out to Art, but he isn't breaking any news about Pac. To be truthful, before Vlad came around most people had to get their info about Pac's death from forums or accessible paperwork. Unless you were from where we're from.. Vlad is the one that started openly interviewing people who were close to it and asking questions. I'm not saying he deserves the most credit for solving it. But I am saying that he put the most eyes and ears on it because of his platform. The interview online with the most accurate information besides Keefe is on a channel that isn't big. I won't mention his name but he told the truth. Everyone will hear about that interview and more things dude said when Keefe's trial comes.

So Compton PD recovered this Glock but Kading who is LAPD transports the gun to LV i don’t get it……but it’s funny how no-one wants to talk about the Glock that was taken from Fatal in the House of Blues that was ballistically tested and proven to be the murder weapon and Reggie Wright was the last person to be in possession of that Glock…………..

This cop doesn’t understand how the U.S. attorney office operates. Thats SOP they offer these proffers to everyone. The U.S. attorney office isn’t saying they can’t be prosecuted they saying “they” won’t use it against you. And the U.S. attorney don’t help state local districts.

To Kading's defense, Las Vegas showed no interest in this case to begin with. It's not like there were no attempts made to get them involved. They didn't want to be involved. So cool your jets, Ladd.

Vegas didn’t do a damn thing for 10+ years. Kading just did what he had to do. Now his Biggie theory is questionable, but I don’t see Tupac ever getting justice without the Keefe D confession and interviews.
