A problem I have with Echo Show, is connecting it to Multi Room. Strange, but in the Alexa app, it doesn't show a network like all the other Echos and Dots I have in the house. It's connected to my network I think, but I'm wondering if it's connected to 5 instead of 2.4. I never picked when connecting and I'm not able to see what I have connected too. Someone told me, For some reason, Echo Show doesn't show a network in the Alexa app. I just noticed it's connected to 5 hz instead of 2.4 like all the others, but I can't find the 2.4 option anywhere? I do have a Linksys Router and no issues there.

How do you turn on the call ringer? Its showing its turned on with the ipad alexa app, but the echo show doesn't ring when a call comes in. It rings on the iPad but not the device. Help
