1974, that’s the year I started working as a telephone technician for Bell Canada. Retired in 2004. Now doing the same work but self-employed. Of course technology has changed a bit since that time.

Say! @2:23 is one of the scant visuals [on video] with how a rotary dial phone was used to dial a phone number that used _pulse_ dialing technology. Usually in old videos/films you can see a person dialing a phone, but not with the detail closeup view that this video does.
