Why do people who create these help videos use things that are not on most peoples computer such as the Paste Icon that can be accessed easily but not on my computer. Thanksw for nothiing.

The existence of the paste ICON varies depending on which app, program, operating system you are using, but the ABILITY to paste (via the other methods, keyboard shortcuts or right clicking) is ALWAYS there (with very rare exceptions). That’s kind of the point of the video, there are multiple ways to access cut copy and paste.
