I have a theory for the wedding gown issue. It doesn't take a genius to know that Marto and Pesh hooked up in one way or another. They were probably in constant communication afterwards so she needed a name that would not raise suspicion. When planning for a wedding, especially if you are getting your dress customized, it is normal for a bride to stay in constant communication with the wedding gown people. So because Marto was probably communicating with her all the time and she did not want to cut off communication out of that fear of being exposed by Marto or for reasons best known to her, she had to save him as wedding gown so that it would justify the frequency of that communication with Marto. Incase Manucho picked up her phone and saw wedding gown, he wouldn't suspect anything since they were planning a wedding and back and forth communication between a bride and gown maker is expected.
