I went from L.A. to a summer job in a small town. On the weekend, I was settling in. At work at the refinery on Monday, my boss said he heard I got a double ice cream in a side by side cone Sunday, with vanilla on one side and chocolate on the other. I felt so exposed. Ferndale Washington in 1980 was bigger than Aylvaraydo but it felt real small that he knew my business like that.

A consignment shop is a store selling used items, typically clothes and house items, however, the original owner of the items shares the profits with the store owner. So you take things that you want to sell to one of these stores. I was surprised to learn there is no equivalent place in England. I looked this up and according to Google,,in England, apparently a similar place for womens clothing is called a dress agency Consignment shops are numerous -- found in almost every town and city in the U.S. .

Conan is always great. Here in the US, it's actually illegal to remove mattress tags (they help ensure that consumers are purchasing a mattress made with new materials instead of one made with scummy recycled materials). I'm not sure if that is also a law in the UK.

If you are the consumer or the buyer of the mattress, you can remove the tag after you purchase it, with no consequence. But, it is illegal for the mattress manufacturer to do it.🙃
