Conan took care of his entire staff a few times in the past going through writers strikes, being taken off NBC and going to TBS, and Covid He famously takes care of all his employees...he's honestly one celebrity in America who I've only ever heard what a good guy he is

Conan's podcast is very successful, but I don't think that will keep him off of TV. Conan was doing a travel show called "Conan without Borders" before the pandemic hit. I suspect he will continue doing those once everything really opens up fully - and he feels comfortable about doing it. There was also talks of him doing a scripted comedy show for HBOMax, but there hasn't been any update on that in a while and it seems that may have gone away with the changes in HBO management. At the very least, I think he will continue doing Travel shows for one of the streaming services - and then will continue doing his podcast for the celebrity interview content.

Conan without borders was probably his best work. Going in different countries, even some that hate US and managing to ease people and make them laugh, by not taking himself seriously and making himself the joke. Also showing some places that despite the harsh life, people still stop and have a laugh with the strange, funny, US guy :D

I doubt he will go back to television but i could see him hosting shows on various streaming services, i think he already have a deal with HBO to create something but it's been put on hold for a long time now. Also would not surprise me if his travel show "Conan without borders" get picked up again unless if there are some TBS rights issues, would have been fun with a new travel show with him, Jordan and Sona as well.

The longer this went on, and as bizarrely funny it is, you have to imagine Conan went home feeling a bit differently about Jordan considering that he's now claiming his life is in complete collapse solely because Conan hasn't started a new show soon enough to suit Jordan. It's actually a lot of pressure to put on Conan, that he's supposed to be responsible for the eternal happiness of all of his former employees.
