When you leave sinners refuge, run across and up the small hill to the left of your wheel where the 2 hyena's spawn, there is a small camp there with 2 exiles, kill em and run back across to sinner's refuge and it will have respawned, faster than reloading game, but it can fill up with bodies and floating weapons after a while

I prefer to call them employees and taskmasters are the HR rep. The wheel is the inprocessing center for new employees.

The Tinkerer journey requires you to learn the Apprentice Tinker knowledge before it will unlock, and then the first actual step of the journey is to unlock the Apprentice Weaponsmith knowledge. The problem is that when you look at the journey, the pre-requisite disappears from view as soon as you mouse over anything else on the page. Check 26:01 and you should see the pre-req showing on the right-hand side.

You can burn The precepts of Mitra in an altar for Manifestations of Zeal. It is a fast way to level up an altar since I can usually collect a bunch of precepts while running sinners' refuge.

Some take more gas to knock out than others. There's a female taskmaster whose name I forget that routinely takes four orbs to knock out. Some of the easiest ones will occasionally keel over from one orb. That said, two is still the norm.

Gordon Ramsey, eh Razor Gord's Kitchen Staff just tried to Purge my incomplete base. This Purge was loaded with w/named thralls. The sleeping gas works wonders for purges. I couldn't capture Gord but he did drop his Chef's Trusted Cleaver. So keep an eye out for legendary drops.

Such a good base location. Depopulating the shells, jags, rhinos then the mutant grasshoppers is a good area for leveling up thralls. At least for me haha

Those purple orbs are really heavy - I've started taking only a couple because I can only pull back one thrall - normally :-)

If you have a thrall with you, load them on the Thrall and take out a few at a time

30:00 I've been spending a few game hours walking around Sepermeru and I cant find a single named thrall. I have found a fair number of thugs and plunderers. Why? Please help. (e.g. This same spot has level 1-2 thralls. Has it been nerfed?)

Pure RNG Josh, on a server you need to clear them out to let new ones respawn. On single player just leaving render range will cause new ones to spawn next time.

Hello, love all your videos, I’m just getting into the game this month. I finished my castle based on your design, awesome area by the way, there are a ton of iron nodes in this valley and double the amount if you climb the hill! Your design really works well with the crafting stations needed. I’m looking forward to learning how to defend it. Quick question, the “coffer clerk’s” endless chatter is getting old and you can hear him from the moment I ride into the valley where the castle is. How do I shut this off? I noticed I don’t hear him in your videos. At this point I’m debating getting rid of him and just using storage boxes for the treasure if I can’t turn it off, I mean is there any benefit in having him around for the game??

Yep, it is my favourite location on Exiled Lands. Sadly you can't tell him to shut up. He is only actually required to call in a the Purge, the amount of treasure in the coffer dictates the level of Purge.

Put the tempersmiths in your tinkerers bench for master craft armour or weapons repair kits ,it's a bummer we can't repair legendary weapons any more

Strength weapons allow a lunge that gets you moving faster when encumbered and over encumbered

How did you move the work benches? Did you dismantle them and build them again in the new location?

Just hold E on the bench and you will get a Move option. This allows you to move the bench, contents and even the thrall in one go

See they fixed the clip issue. Built a tower with a bubble head, the top wedges did not clip. So my roof was leaky. (Same as your tower, cept got a rounded part on the bottom as well)

I'm also started the Age of war, they were telling us that the purge will be hunting for treasury in your base and they gonna be building a siege camps nearby to attack you from there, they also telling they removed the old purge from the game, but all I've seen was the old purge, even tho I have a treasury with treasures on my base. Was hoping to find more answers about this.

The Tinkers bench shows up in survival, weapons and armor knowledge. You need to open the rest of the tinkers benches.

Good Video Angaar Question.. Why do you put your thrall on Passive when he only has a Truncheon?, he is only going to KO people, you can kill the ones you don't want and you might not take as much Damage Seths Truncheon, better to give to your thrall since you let him do most of the attacks on the mobs and it wont get damaged Precepts of Mitra, or any of the Religious Learning pieces, if you have that particular religion keep them, you can use them to level up other religions more easily, 20 of the Religious Goins per item, except Flesh of Remembrance which only gives 1. You could Create a Yog Pit, and create 100 of the coins with 5 Precepts of Mitra/Eyes of Set etc To Reset Sinners, go up to Left at your Wheel and check if any named at the 2 person campfire, have gotten a couple of named there doing Sinners Runs. on Single play you can also check the Dafari Camps for Yog Priests Also forgot, Rename your Wheel to Wheel of Friendship, Torturers Bench to Friend Makers Tools so when you open them you don't keep having to correct yourself

So Angaar IDK if you can help me with this. But being a console player of this game IDK who to contact. I'm having some trouble with my pets. Meaning all I see is red eyes. That's it it's got my horses, shaleback, rhino, I even spawned a greater Rocknose to see if they would work. NONE of my pets are showing up properly. I've got no idea who to contact. The only one I used the admin spawn was the greater Rocknose. All the rest I grew in the pen/stable. I put the saddle on the horse and rhinos and that disappears as well. I really don't know what to do. This happened in my last game right before I started over. When the age of war update dropped. I cannot figure it out. It seemed to be only the mounts and the pets were high durability like shaleback and Rocknose.

This is a known bug with the console versions of game. They acknowledged the issue in a tweet at the weekend and said they are working on it and it will be fixed in the next patch... although they didn't say when the patch is due! 😥

This build is a little daunting as a new player...... Do I need all of this to survive a purge? Can I start with tier 1 and upgrade it or will it all get destroyed?

So the purge system has changed since this video. The purge is now 100% optional and is all about attacking your Coffer. I will do a video about the Purge soon, but basically I would recommend building a separate building for purges to keep your base safe from getting destroyed. As for the base itself it is totally fine to have a simple box to hold your benches, it won’t effect the game at all 😎

CMIIW, I think to unlock Tinker journey you may have to finish the active Blacksmith or Armoursmith journey? 🤔 Most journeys are unlocked by completing a previous. All I know is I finished it. I cant complete the farmer because it doesn't recognise my plant fiber. I've tried every way except the right way to take it from the planter.

The progression glitches are annoying. I have two crafters on two crafting benches, but the game keeps saying I don't. I've seen videos of players pickup chest but I can't (Xbox), and I know where a "legendary chest" is. But the game forces me to physically carry it instead of putting it in my pocket. Meaning I have to VERY slowly carry it to my base. But my base is VERY VERY far away. Does anyone know how to put the treasure chest into my pocket, so I can at least get on my mount or teleport?

You can try pulling the crafters off the bench, restart the game and put them back on again. As for the treasure there are 2 types; small and heroic. The small ones you pick up and carry in your inventory and are worth around 500, but the heroic treasures are the ones you pick up and have to carry while slowly walking back, but are worth 5000. As they are found in standard locations, the best idea for them is to build a Teleportary Stone or Maproom as close as you can to the location and teleport back while carrying them.

Angaar I wanted to let you know I found the place where you can trade the sorcerers skulls for the coins and trade then for fighters, crafters, and weapons. It's Mek-kamoses' Spire. The South West section of grid G7. But you have to fight your way through a TON of their fighters it's like the Summoning Place. They are all hostile except the merchants. It's a pain in the A$$ to get to cause all those Khitan guys hit like a truck but that's where the merchants are

So I cannot find anyone there that accepts skulls. The 2 guys at the top accept the Head of Kurak or Blood Crystal for magi caches, that will give you coins to spend on T4 fighters/crafters or Legendary weapon/tools. Also set you followers behaviour to Guard Me or Attack Nothing and they won't start a fight as the guards there are neutral.

@@AngaarUK oh I always do but for some reason those Khitan guys always attack me. Regardless even before the update I had to fight through them every time. And it must be only on console then cause they accepted the sorcerers skulls as well as the other items to get the followers. Apologies man

I think it is an awesome game, but I only play on PC and don't own a PlayStation so can't really comment. There are certainly some issues on consoles and Sony & Microsoft don't allow proper testing before release. But there are still a lot of console players out there!

I would love to play this game but I have ophidiophobia (fear of snakes) and I know that snakes/serpents are featured prominently in Conan. So Im asking is it posible to play Conan Exiles and compleatly avoid encountering any and all snakes and serpents in the game? or should i just look for another game.

I gotta say I don't enjoy the purple orbs much. Sepamaru was already pretty immersion breaking with the looting and the dragging slaves through the streets with no one reacting. Now they just stand in your goo and doing nothing. Makes no sense and it makes the entire city purely a mechanical asset for aquiering thralls instead of a living part of the world.

To unlock tinkerer you need to learn Advanced Weaponsmith, it a bug I guess
