Is it me did you speed up recording? I personally don't mind 15-20 min long videos but in slower pace so I can look for more details and techniques

The recording was sped up to save on rendering and uploading times. If you need the video slowed down, KZbin provides the option to do so under settings.

I use several reference pictures and mash together parts I like. From their I just experiment with what works and at some point I have a build that I like haha

I also forgot to mention that while experimenting with different builds I come up with other ideas for other builds. With this build I decided to put two of these buildings together to see how they would look and ultimately ended up with the Argossean Villa build. With that said I liked this standalone version of the build so much I went back and decided to make it its own build.
