@@LCInfantry I wouldn't use a flat roof on a temple in most cases, throwing ceilings on the temple design in the video was just to get to the point of lighting

if you put 2 benches beneeth the planters you can put them higher in the one tile lower Foundations with fence - so you see them a bit better

Perfect, another feast for both my eyes and mind. You never fail to impress. Hops planters are excelent to put in desert/savannah for much needed greenery (even if I'm making my base in desert/savannah, I'm periodically traveling to highlands for hops seeds). It is a real shame that unmodded game doesn't have decorative planters with trees though. Also, I would have a suggestion for future builds (inspired by this video) - some sort of "ancient zoo-pavillion" or "animal house". Nothing too crazy, just some enclosed building with planters and smaller pets (ostriches, hyenas, gazelles, spiders etc.) After all, many nobles in our history had in their mansions some sort of private "zoo", so the Exiles could have as well.

Love the idea of putting braziers behind the heads if those Turian statues. I think using indirect or splash lighting is a great way to build atmosphere.

For basic builds with stone brick, reinforced brick and arena i use the insulated wood to make the internal rooms and walls to give more of a simple mineral feel

Amazing video! Can you do decoration video on using witchfire lighting please. If its even possible and looks good, maybe a being able to combine to color contrasts of normal fire lighting with witchfire and it still look good.

Its been a long time since I did a decoration guide, I could definitely do another. I haven't used Witchfire much myself, but from what I have used, I think it is a fairly good material

This really helps me filling out empty spaces at my base. I always struggle what to put there. I also have a suggestion: How about a cannibal camp/ village with a shrine of yog? I tryd it myself by building 'tents' with triangular foundations but was unhappy how they turned out.

Yeah I hope FunCom will add a lot of these placeables to the game some day. so everybody can use it on the official servers too. I'm a bit afraid of putting a lot of time in a server where someone is admin and can remove all your stuff because they don't like you or are finding the server to full. There where a few decoration tips that are available for official servers too. the 1st and the 2nd one I really liked!

I just find it in the Admin menu. I type in "tent" on the Building section and there it is, its not modded in or anything. Not sure if you can craft it in survival unfortunately

@@Eradicati0nn You can't but they are dropped by the Pirates around the Black Galleon. Farm the camps around there, they usually drop about 2 when I run around farming them eachtime.

I still prefer my strip club inside the damn. Thanks for the local idea by the way. I had crafting stations upstairs but took those out and put in private booths for more intament entertainment. My first two decent fighter thralls that show up will be hired on as bouncers.

You know, I watch all these videos and have so much hope for the game But I play it on Xbox and Xbox version is terrible and crashes constantly I can't have more than maybe one thrall And a house 4 tiles big And even then the game's still crashes constantly And the graphics quality looks like melted plastic.
