right until the very end dan hated and did stand in his idea that the life they have is pointless like 'they keep cheating and hurting people around them ' kind a stuff.. but in the last moment he forgives Serena and gives this vibe that he still admires and wants this life.. even tho he constantly proves himself right about behavior of Serena and acts of Blair are wrong. And ı really really really love that Penn truelly understands this and understand the show and the system behind it and all. he is a smart cool guy.

That's an interesting point about how we glamorize youth. Idk if it's possible to change that though. It's kind of just human nature. Like when I was a teen/young adult, I was so emotionally and mentally under developed, that I completely wasted all of my youth. Now I'm in my mid 30s and feel like I'm wasting this period trying to reclaim as much of my youth as I can before I'm old. Then when I'm old I'll waste all my time trying to accept the reality of being old. And by the time I figure that out I'll be dead.

honestly, this show was a trip. I started watching it when I was 12 so my dumbass thought these characters were rich young adults/college student. But when I got HBO at 24, I had my reality flipped learning that they were just 15 high school student.

that is from a video i shot in highschool, kzbin.info/www/bejne/b5q7oJioZ857j8k . they had drugged me. they also tried to delete it seconds after i read it but im in a habit of copying things lately. i made 2 other comments that will help this, basically thats not tacoma wash, thats estancia nm which means i was able to get the video out, those are the epstein ranch people in highschool, that was how they ran things knowing i was completely memory erased, the guys throwing the fireworks i had a fight with literally 15 min before, thats why they are all acting so strange, they completely framed me for the girls bathroom and i kept turning the camera on me to show it was me, in the trailer you can see the mirror doesnt change and the license plates, nm plates erased to wash plates.
