Realistically she wouldn't be able to do that considering there'd be spinal damage with something that thick going through the neck, and that's not even considering if the point of entry & exit either hit the cerebellum or put immense pressure on it, her body's nervous system would immediately shut off. Realistically IMO she wouldn't even move much with an fatal injury like that. However if it went through her chest, then yes, I could see her trying to push herself off the spike.

When I first played this game right here is where I died 5or 6 times myself so seeing this happen had me in stitches because first time I was in shock and seeing Conan's face and audiences gasp I knew it was a huge impact the first time it happens.

You can still have motor skills after being impaled through the brain depending on which parts are hit. There's been many cases where people have had objects gone through their brain and have come out with no brain damage at all.

I look at her injuries and think blood loss, septicemia, tetanus and/or staph infection just for starters... They should have included antibiotics, pain killers and medical treatment, as well as sourcing clean water and food then it'd be a survival game for me.
