I remember the "I AM NOT ANNOYING!" guy. I laughed so hard that I didn't even realized he got booed off the stage until Conan brought it up on the show later that week. It's still one of my favorite Late Night With Conan O'Brien moments.

I remembered the "I'm not annoying" sketch, yeah holy hell, everyone boo-ed, lol. the next night Conan asked the audience to give him another chance, he went in, and boo-ed again, hahah! Hey, this doesn't mean the show is bad, its still an awesome show alright!

I think comedy is like cooking a great meal. If you are daring you used herbs and spices you are not familiar with. Sometimes is is amazing & fun. Sometimes it is a disaster. Still, one needs to break from recipes.

Conan's show is unique and great because he allowed his writer's to do really crazy, left-brain type of stuff. And that inevitably means not all of it will hit the mark, but the ones that do defy the norm of late night comedy, so it's worth the risk.
