I went to the taping of one of his shows once. It was pretty cool. Only thing was, He didn't come out till the show started and as soon as it was done, he was gone. He interacted with the audience for about 30 seconds. ... Still, he's my favorite and the show was pretty good.

I went to one in Alexandria Virginia. This is exactly how it is. The scrub is painful. They scrub you like you slapped them one day… now it’s payback. But it’s so rejuvenating. You lose a couple layers of your epidermis.

213F (100C) is not much if it's a dry sauna where nothing happens. Dry saunas need to be around 120C to be enjoyable. Give me some water, a stove with hot rocks and even 85-100C is good.

Those exfoliating mitts are no joke. You can get them online. Juat look up korean exfoliating mitts and look forthe bright green ones with the dark stripes at the bottom. You get a pack of them for pretty cheap and they work! You dont have to rub as hard as that guy was for results either lol. You can even machine wash and reuse them too! Just air dry and its as good as new. My last comment was deleted because I mentioned a particular website and a particular brand. The website starts with an A and ends with an N and I use modu.

unless the spa made a specific exception for them, highly doubt it. korean spas make it mandatory to be fully nude when you're using the plunge pools and saunas. remember being shocked when my friend first took me to one. but the shock wears off when you realize no ones else cares lol
