hey groovy review, lovely intro shots in the snow!! very very curious if you could please answer, since the heads are removable, can Mattel MOTUC heads pop on easily and off? asking because had an idea to get the conan bad guys and put Spikor or Two Bad heads on the bodies. Will the Mattel MOTUC heads fit on the bodies perfectly or what? dying to know!!

I have spikor and Two-Bad and I would love to help you, but if for some reason the heads snapped off I wouldn’t forgive myself. Those figures are so pricey to replace. My guess is it would not be the same. Not all the he-man figures or easy to remove the heads even though they were designed to. I have broken DC classic figures trying this. I am feeling super seven changed things up with the Conan probably with size of the ball.

I managed to get Rexor's torso to move by taking off his head and cape and forcing it back. The torso seemed really set in that position and i really had to use a lot of force for a moment...even thinking the figure might break. But it worked out in the end and really glad I tried it.

@@EvrydayErik Ha, I saw Heavy Metal (1981) when I was a kid, collected Savage sword of Conan comics and even watched Scanners (1981) movie where a mans head blows up. I was 10. Scariest thing I ever saw as a child. My parents were movie buffs and I was always a date. For Heavy metal we were turned away because of Me but they found another theater that allowed me in. How times have changed. LOL Also watched Conan the Barbarian in theaters too (1982) I was 11. I was so pissed off when the second one (Destroyer) came out and it was PG. As a kid. LMAO! That opinion still stands as a grown adult. Man Blade Runner was in 1981 and that too was a movie I was fascinated over. 1981 was a good year for me. Also in theaters i saw that too. 80s movies were great.

i did the same, but beware , the swords while sculpted beautifully are wayyy to big for mezco, actually wayyy to big for these figures even at an exaggerated proportion, the super7 atlantean sword is like 5 1/2 inches long and the stag sword (conan's father's) is again wayyy to big , almost rediculous with scale looks to be almost 1/6 . tge rest of the weapons ,accessories etc. are right on the money and look great.

Yeah sucks super7 makes figures on a limited basis that always goes up in price. Sometimes you’re just not in the mood to start collecting them until later and then he always pay more. When did these ship, and where did you order from? I have a pre-order with Sure Thing Toys. Hope to see them soon. Got jipped on some Sgt. D figures through their site to no fault of their own. NECA didn't produce enough for all the pre-orders. Supposedly more are in the works. Anyone else order from Sure Thing? If so how was your experience? Their customer service communications are fucking fantastic, but I haven't gotten anything from them yet.

Now that would be a killer figure. Also on the wave 3 war paint Conan they only did the black pattern and left out all of the white pattern. I hope they rectify this.

My Atlantian sword handle was is so tiny that Conan can’t grip it. The blade is translucent it’s so thin. That’s not an exaggeration. Very different from the quality of the other accessories. Anyone else have this issue or is mine defective?

I’m looking at the figure now. I think his vest was put on before his legs were. I do not see any snaps or easy way to remove it. You would have to disassemble the figure.

The inscription reads: "Suffer no evil yee who wield this in the name of Crom" If you hold the sword horizontal and understand the riddle of steel you will see it too. Honest its actually written on there. This is a detail that appears super7 captured, which makes Arnold's head sculpt being so bad even more absurd.

Conans face doesn't look very good. I have no idea why they went with that outfit for him. He wears it for about three seconds of the film! That first Conan figure design they showed looked great but then just disappeared and was never mentioned again since.

Yeah I think they’re going to use that design in the later figure. They did have the pre-order for the classic beach Conan over the summer And up now is the camouflaged Conan to order. Those look a lot better and I will be reviewing them. I’m just going to eBay this figure.

The packaging is way too fancy for the quality of these figures. Why so little articulation? If you’re going to sell figures from CONAN then make them as awesome as possible! These just look cheap. I got a Marvel Legends figure of Captain America for only $20 and the detail is incredible.
